Warranty period

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use.

In addition to the legal warranty, the manufacturer's warranty applies to certain items. A manufacturer's warranty is an additional warranty given by the importer or manufacturer. The manufacturer or importer can set conditions for this guarantee. The warranty period can therefore differ per product

Is your product broken and do you think this is due to a product or manufacturing defect? Then we are happy to check whether it falls within the warranty period and conditions.

If a product does not function properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge or offer you a refund. This warranty does not apply to accidental damage and damage caused by improper maintenance, negligence, washing, wear and tear from normal use or the natural decay of colors and materials due to the passage of time and prolonged use. We are currently unable to perform repairs on items outside the terms of our warranty policy.
