All items for which the invoice has been paid within the payment term can be returned to us within 100 days . If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

Returns are free in the Netherlands & Belgium

The items must be in original condition with labels and price tag attached. Alisé kids reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent outside the stated period, or items of clothing that are not in the same condition as they were sent.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 86 after cancellation days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 days provided the product has already been returned in good condition

Belgium

• Paste the supplied Bpost sticker over your own address details.
• Drop the package off at a Bpost location. Click click here for the nearest PostNL location.
